Network Marketing companies have an act for being lucky.....extremely lucky. They find a product line, the right investors and the willingness to "chance" it and "hopefully" they will survive. We all know that many Network Marketing companies survive off of pure "LUCK" and without it they just disappear.
SISEL is a different company. It is operated by owners who once owned another Network Marketing company they single-handedly brought to the esteem group of the Top-5 Network Marketing companies in the world. Did it happen with "LUCK?" Maybe........in fact....probably alot of luck. However with the experience of more than 25 years of luck, creativity, and innovative thinking, the Mowers are powerfully creating one of the largest Network Marketing companies in the world (even in times of recession). How? Not by "chance" but by strategically mandating practices that deem success.
When people sense they're making headway, their drive to succeed is at its peak. So what happens on a great workday? The HBR (Harvard Business Review) this month has a very revealing study starting on page 44 relating to "what motivates people to succeed."
Progress is the key factor when determining a successful day. The study in the HBR revealed that:
1. Instrumental Support - Without the right tools, motivation is at it's lowest
2. Interpersonal Support - Motivation can be birthed through edificaton and direct one-on-one support
3. Collaboration - This ranked the highest in the list of needs for strong successful days due to motivation
4. Important Work - When important work is achieved, those with creative minds and the willingness to innovate are motivated to impliment and conquer.
Where do you fit in to all of this? My opinion???? You fit into all of the above. 2010 will be the year to win for those who understand this. 2010 will be the year to win for the company managers and the corporate staff if they understand their 9-5 job isn't to just bring home the check, and that their efforts involve the livelihood of tens of thousands of people in the field making it happen at their own risk (without a salary).
Give me your thoughts on this blog.......
